Roberta (Ro) Wilmore is a lifelong equestrian and the founder of Just Exceptional, bringing over four decades of experience as a coach, consultant, trainer, and strategic advisor within the horse industry. Her work centers on equestrian business coaching, leadership development, and barn management consulting, helping horse farm owners and managers build high-performing, sustainable teams. Known for balancing visionary thinking with practical implementation, Roberta is joining forces with premier barns across the United States to strengthen workplace culture, improve staff retention, and protect long-term business performance. She follows all horse sports closely and spends as much time as possible on her farm in the foothills of the Berkshires, Massachusetts.

Veronique Bryant provides executive assistance and operational support to equestrian business owners and organizations, with a focus on bookkeeping, organizational effectiveness, and administrative efficiency.
